– A $275 cleaning fee is in addition to quoted rates above (there are no other fees)
– No smoking or fireworks are allowed anywhere on the premises
– Please use firepit at the cottage – no fires are allowed on the beach
– Check-in is 4:00pm, check out is 10:30am
– Quiet hours are 10:30pm to 8:00am
– Valid credit card information is required prior to check-in in lieu of a damage deposit
– You must have fun
