Please note:
– A $250 cleaning fee is in addition to quoted rates above (there are no other fees)
– No smoking or fireworks are allowed anywhere on the premises
– Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at the association pool
– Check-in is 4:00pm, check out is 10:30am
– Quiet hours are 10:30pm to 8:00am
– Valid credit card information is required prior to check-in in lieu of a damage deposit
– You must have fun
