– A $150 cleaning fee is in addition to quoted rates above (there are no other fees)
– No smoking or fireworks are allowed anywhere on the premises
– Check-in is 4:00pm, check out is 10:30am
– Quiet hours are 10:30pm to 8:00am
– Valid credit card information is required prior to check-in in lieu of a damage deposit
– You must have fun

Why when I check the rate it adds $250 for cleaning when it plainly states below that the cleaning rate is $150???

Hi Linda! That’s obviously not correct. I’ll go into the site and try and fix that right now. The cleaning is clearly $150. 🙂
