Lovely, newer, clean four-bedroom, two-bathroom home only two blocks from the popular Kid's Corner park and South Beach! Home sits on a very quiet, cul de sac at the end of a dead end street in a new private neighborhood. Location is also near the downtown (a little bit further of a walk - about six blocks) to unique shops and restaurants and all that make South Haven one of Michigan's most sought-after vacation destinations.

You enter the home first through the front living room which has a full size couch, three chairs and large ottoman, along with a television and credenza filled with magazines, games and a few toys. Continue straight past the stairs and you'll enter the kitchen. Off the kitchen is the back living room with another full size sofa, two chairs and a small television. Off the hallway is a full bathroom with a shower, and a full size washer and dryer.

Heading upstairs you'll find four good sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed and one with a queen bed and bunk beds. The bathroom features a shower/tub.

Out the slider from the kitchen is a patio with a table and four chairs, plus a picnic table. There are additional chairs out back along with a free standing fire pit.

The home is close to all South Haven offers including downtown, South Beach, and Kids' Corner park.

Reviews

"We really liked the location..."

"We really liked the location of this home, which was one block from a children's park and two blocks from the lake. It was also a reasonable walking distance from the shops and restaurants along the Phoenix Street area. Yet, it was tucked into a quiet street that allowed for my toddler to run around safely (with our supervision) without cars buzzing by. The layout of the home was nice, with four sizable bedrooms upstairs and a kitchen with adjacent/connected sitting area down. The owner was very responsive when we had a couple questions."

"I would recommend this property without hesitation. Within walking distance of the Lake Michigan beach and right on a hike, bike, and running trail."

"This is a great house. Very clean and modern. We had plenty of room for 7 adults and one child. Great idea to have a bunk bed in one bedroom with a queen bed for kids and or adults. Easy walk to beach and playground. Mark was great to work with."

"Upated, clean and bigger than it looks..."

“This house is updated, clean, and bigger than it looks from the outside. It's on a quiet street, but is still close to the beach, Kids Town park, and walking to the main strip is definitely doable (it's less than a 5-minute drive). While we were there for a girls' weekend and not with our families, all agreed it would be a great place to return to with littles. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for helping make our weekend so much fun!”

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this South Haven beach house for the past two weeks. It's located in a cul-de-sac and we stayed next door to our friends (in a home identical to this one), so we were able to let our children play out front, ride their bikes, etc. with no worries. The house is well appointed with 4 good-size bedrooms (all on the same floor) and 2 bathrooms. Everything is in very good and new order, and it was a cozy, great place to call home for our 2 week vacation in South Haven. It's a close walk to the beach (South Beach), and I walked downtown to Cafe Julia every morning (downtown). Definitely recommend staying here!

"We hope to have started a new tradition..."

“This was the first time we've stayed in South Haven. The House at 732 Maple Gate Court was a perfect fit for our vacation and we found it to be exactly as described in the advertisement. We especially liked the location and being one of only three homes on the culdesac was a special bonus because we had small children visiting and they were able to play outside safely. We also had extra vehicles that were parked easily on the street. Next time we will bring adult bikes for use on the adjacent bike trail. Our 3 sets of married children and 6 small grandchildren came and went throughout the week. The sleeping arrangements were great, the beds comfortable and the house perfect walking distance to the park and beach, even the public beach was an easy walk with small children in tow. Thank goodness for the garage that stored nicely our coolers, beach toys, childrens bikes and travel equipment. Our grand children referred to it as the "Red House". We hope to have started a tradition, at least returning every other summer..”
